Industrial Ice Machine AV060C makes ice on double wall cylindrical evaporators which are vertically suspended. Cold water is circulated again and again over the inner and outer surface of evaporator while refrigerant is passing through the available space between outer and inner surface. This process ensures the maximum utilization of evaporators surface and provides the fast ice production with maximum heat exchange efficiency.

Water used for ice making is recirculated from the reservoir made of stainless steel with the help of a pump. And a proper water level is maintained in the reservoir by the valve. Valve floats in water and hinders the excess accumulation of water in the reservoir. Water then flows into the surface of outer and inner water evaporator by the tube which distributes water.
